vps出现Disk quota exceeded主要原因是目录限制了，主要是为了不形象整个服务器的性能，不管你的空间还剩余多少，都会导致mysql和nginx无法启动.
怎么来查看是不是这个原因引起的呢？
[root@214359 Apicache]# df -i
Filesystem Inodes IUsed IFree IUse% Mounted on
/dev/simfs 1000000 872679 127321 88% /
none 524400 96 524304 1% /dev
上面是目录数已经达到88%了，如果到了100%就会影响服务器的写入和程序的运行
解决的办法：
1.减少缓存的时间，这样的话目录数也相对会减少
2.向空间商申请申请提高Inodes数目
